Belle Vue Community Centre and Cafe is a newly refurbished community centre with a café close to Penarth town centre. Situated in the grounds of a play park and close to schools and residences, this venue is popular with families. The café features a selection of toys for little ones and families are encouraged to stay and make use of the wonderful facilities. A lovely bright room, the venue was refurbished in 2023. We take a smaller capacity at this venue due to the room size. There is no parking at the hall but there is plenty of free on street parking nearby. The main high street is a short walk form the venue. There is plenty of space for prams to be taken into the room. There are baby change facilities. • Buggy parking- There is room for buggies in the hall • Carers may bring a small blanket from home to put on their mat • For details of our health and safety plan please see our FAQ’s on our website. • Each family will have their own mat area and set of freshly sanitised sounds and props to use • Anyone who is unwell or has a temperature must stay at home! • Missed classes are non-refundable, however, If you miss your class, you can request a class catch up by contacting us via email.
