This fantastic soft play and farm entrance comes as part of your Monkey Music class fee. All children and guardians MUST wear socks in order to use the facilities. All bookings must be prebooked online to appear on the register. Unfortunately no catch up classes may be taken here. Free Car Park onsite.
Please be advised that free trials are not offered at the farm due to entry fees needing to be paid however, 1 class may be paid for, by getting in touch via email - woking@monkeymusic.co.uk
Please be advised that the farm is temporarily closing at 1pm on a Monday, so please use the facilities before your class if appropriate. Please be advised that everyone MUST wear socks to use the farm facilities.
New Safety Measures:
• Waiting area: Classes are located on the 1st floor, where you may wait on the mezzanine level 5 minutes before your class is due to start.
• Food & Drink: Please be advised that there is to be no food consumed in class and any water, must be from a named bottle only.
• Instruments: All our customers will be provided with our Monkey Music instruments which are for single-use only and made available in freshly sanitised individual packages. However, you may wish to bring your own instruments so long as child friendly and have the CE mark.
• Buggy Parking: If you are bringing a buggy/pushchair to class, please leave your buggy outside the classroom on the mezzanine. Please ensure you keep distance between other buggies, to maintain distancing where possible.
• Lift: There is 1 lift in the softplay if you need to use it. Please ensure that only 1 person uses the lift at a time.
• Stairs: As there is only 1 set of stairs to the mezzanine level, please ensure you leave your class promptly and down the stairs, in order to allow for the next class to enter.
• Mats: Carers may bring a small blanket from home to put on their mat
• PPE: Anyone attending classes over the age of 11 years, must wear a face covering at all times in the building. When you have entered your class and are on your mat, you may remove your covering for the duration of the class, if you so wish. You must wear your face covering when leaving.
• Track & Trace: If you are not the account holder or the normal person who will bring the child to class then we will require contact details for NHS track and trace purposes. Customer contact details may be made available to the NHS track and trace central database if required by law.
• Bags: Please bring as little personal belongings as possible ‘Monkey says travel light’.
• Monkey & Mo: We know that everyone loves to have their own Monkey, however please can we ask you not to bring your ones to class.
• Siblings: If you are bringing along extra siblings to class then please do let us know ahead of class as it’s important that we keep track of the numbers at each class.

• Illness: Anyone who is unwell or has a temperature must stay at home!

• Missed a class?: If you miss your class, you will receive a catch-up class online to watch at home as many times as you would like to in the week you miss! Please contact me for details.
